This civilization landed on an alien planet because theirs was ruined. Turns out the advanced life forms living on this planet had died out due to a similar catashtrophe.
For sharing their technological advantage the few surviving aliens are treated as god kings by the newcomers. Different godkings put emphasis on different technologies and I focused on a realm with a biotech approach. Slowly the humans are terraforming the barren planet to fit their needs.
